I am Steve Bates and have been a professional model maker for some twenty odd years working under the title Models of Distinction.

For the past fifteen years I have been buying and selling models and have become one of the largest stockists of construction models in the country. I regularly attend the large toy fairs within the UK accompanied by my wife Ann (details of upcoming toy fairs are listed on the toyfair page) and run a mail order business from our home in Ledbury, a small market town in Herefordshire.

We have just become the official UK distributor for the entire range of Sword Precision Scale Models selling both to the public and the trade.

As from 2010, I will only be stocking the full range of TWH Collectibles and Sword Precision Scale models. Models by all other manufacturers are available only while stocks last.
